The location isn't updating and is showing as "more than 1 hour ago

Reason 1: The device might be in a poor location. It won't work in areas with a weak network
Reason 2: Poor placement during installation. The device might be in contact with metal or not facing the sky.
FIX1:
Go to the track page, click on "More Details," then click the "RESET GPS DEVICE" button. This will reset the GPS and fix the issue.

Go to the troubleshooting page on the home page and follow the instructions to diagnose the problem.
