There are several reasons why the GPS might not be working.
Reason 1: The SIM card may be disconnected due to non-payment of the license or AMC.
To check the status of your SIM:
step1 : Navigate to track page and click on more details
step2 : Check your SIM Status
If it shows "Inactive," your SIM card is disconnected. Please buy a new SIM from the TrackX store page.
If it shows "Active" but still isn’t working, check Reason 2 below.
Reason 2: The device might be in a poor location. It won't work in areas with a weak network
Reason 3: The device might be switched off due to a low battery.
Reason 4: Poor placement during installation. The device might be in contact with metal or not facing the sky.
RESOLUTION:
Go to the troubleshooting page on the home page and follow the instructions to diagnose the problem.
