Vehicle is moving but not showing in the app

There are several reasons why the app might not be showing live tracking.

Reason 1: The device might be in a poor location. It won't work in areas with a weak network

Reason 2: The device might be switched off due to a low battery.

Reason 3: Poor placement during installation. The device might be in contact with metal or not facing the sky.

RESOLUTION:
