Notification sound is delayed

Notification sound is delayed

Notifications can be delayed for several reasons

Reason 1: The ignition wire might not be connected

To check this, navigate to the Track page and click on 'More Details'.

Now check the status of the ignition wire. If it shows 'Not Connected,' that means the ignition wire is not connected. The tracking will work, but the notifications will be delayed.

To fix this, connect your ignition wire.

If it shows 'Connected' and the notifications are still delayed, it means the vehicle might be in a poor connectivity area, preventing the GPS from sending the location to our app

Do not worry, our GPS trackers have inbuilt memory, so once the vehicle enters a good network area, it will send all the location data, ensuring nothing is lost.

If you continue facing this issue on a daily basis, please create a ticket, and our team will contact you soon.
